CANES has completed the signing of former Rays pitcher Matt Dombrowski to a one-season contract, the club announced on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old Domingues is set to receive $3.6 million in salary and incentives this season.
He had two seasons remaining on his contract, but will join the club this season in a trade.
He has a career 3.54 ERA and 838 strikeouts in 553⅓ innings.
The Dominican Republic native made his professional debut in 2004 and has made nine appearances for the Rays since.
